I keep replaying the relationship, blaming myself, and holding on to who I thought they were.
I seem fine to everyone, but I second-guess simple choices and don’t trust my own judgment.
I know the relationship was unhealthy, yet some days the pull to go back still feels stronger than my logic.
I’m tired of over-explaining my boundaries and feeling guilty every time I choose myself or simply say no.
I want to trust and love again without constantly analyzing every word, reaction, or change in someone’s behavior.
I want to build a life that is mine again, not shaped by the person who hurt me.
Shavez Khan is India’s Leading Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach and the founder of HeartQuake, a movement dedicated to helping people recover from Narcissistic abusive relationships and rebuild their lives.
Graduated with Psychology and Law, Shavez brings together an understanding of human behaviour, trauma and the complex family dynamics that often surround narcissistic abuse.
His legal practice in family courts has also helped him develop a deeper understanding of the challenges survivors can face when psychological abuse intersects with divorce, domestic violence, mental cruelty, marital conflict, custody concerns, financial control, family pressure, prolonged legal battles and separation from a narcissistic partner.
For years, I knew what it feels like to lose yourself inside a narcissistic relationship while still believing you just need to try harder, love more, or hold on longer.
My own experience slowly affected my confidence, my voice, and my ability to trust myself, until I eventually reached a personal breaking point that changed the direction of my life.
In that moment, two simple words stayed with me: Keep Moving.
Those words became a promise, that if I found my way forward, I would help others understand that leaving the narcissist is only one part of the journey.
That is why I do this work today: to help survivors stop blaming themselves, understand what happened to them, and begin finding their way back to themselves.
This workshop is for anyone who has experienced narcissistic abuse and still struggles with self-doubt, trauma-bond pull, guilt, emotional triggers, or losing trust in themselves.
That is exactly what this workshop addresses. You’ll understand why leaving physically does not always end the emotional conditioning left behind.
You’ll learn to separate self-blame from what actually happened, understand the patterns you were responding to, and rebuild a clearer perspective.
You’ll learn practical tools to interrupt trauma-bond urges, challenge survival beliefs, evaluate unhealthy dynamics clearly, and rebuild self-trust.
No. The focus is not on endlessly analysing them. It is on understanding yourself, your responses, boundaries, choices, and identity after the experience.
No. This is a LIVE offline event in Lucknow on (date and location), allowing you to learn and work through these concepts in person.
